Ingredients
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup frozen mango
  • ⅓ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful kale
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½-3/4 cup water (depending on preferred consistency)
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a jar/glass and top with the hemp seeds.
