Go & Glow Green Smoothie
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- ½ frozen banana
- ⅓ cup frozen mango
- ⅓ cup frozen pineapple
- ¼ avocado
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful kale
- ¼ cup diced cucumber
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½-3/4 cup water (depending on preferred consistency)
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a jar/glass and top with the hemp seeds.
