Raspberry Apple Flax Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (I love to use frozen)
- ½ apple, cored (gala or granny smith work nicely)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons ground or whole flaxseed (use ground if you don't have a high speed blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 5 drops liquid stevia (optional, to cut the acidity of the fruit)
- Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
- Top with fresh raspberries as a garnish.
- Enjoy!
