Sweet Beet Valentine's Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ small raw beet, diced
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 4 scoops collagen peptides (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions
  1. Blend the beet, berries, banana, avocado, honey, collagen, and almond milk until smooth. Divide between two glasses and garnish with the chocolate and coconut.
