Pear & Almond Butter Muesli Snack Stacks
  
       - 1 perfectly ripe pear
  - 1-2 tablespoons almond butter
  - 2 tablespoons muesli
  - 1 teaspoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  - 1 teaspoon raw honey
  
      - Slice the pear lengthwise to create "rounds" (see picture - I can't figure out how else to describe this!)
  - Top each pear slice with a bit of the almond butter then sprinkle each slice with the muesli and coconut.
  - Drizzle the honey over each slice, then stack the slices on top of each other and press lightly or make little sandwiches with two pear slices.
