Ingredients
  • ½ medium banana
  • 1 handful kale
  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • ¼ of 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder (see notes)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey or coconut nectar (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

*When choosing a protein powder be sure it does not contain any refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, or additives. You may choose whey or plant-based depending on preference, but if you do choose whey, be sure that it is sources from New-Zealand grass-fed cows.
