Video: What I’ve Learnt As a Nutritionist And Two Challenges For You!!

What I've Learnt As A Nutritionist via Nutritionist in the Kitch

Hello my lovely NITK readers and Happy Sunday!

I am pretty excited for my post today because I finally got my butt in gear and put together a video for my YouTube channel! I have been wanting to get videos up on the blog for so long and it’s finally happening!

Today’s video is about two key things I have learnt in the last 6 years as a Nutritionist and I’ve also got two challenges for YOU!

I’d love for you to watch the video and let me know about your experiences regarding the points in the video:

Have you tried diets that didn’t work, or worked temporarily but the results didn’t last?

Or have you tried a way of eating you thought might work for you but it didn’t?  And what has actually worked for you?

I’d also love to know what you would like me to talk about regarding health, nutrition, wellness, or my own experiences in future videos too!

Video Highlights:

0:48 – The first big lesson I’ve learnt (There No ‘One Way’ Of Eating for Everyone!)

1:50 – Two great examples (Deryn & Leanne)

3:20 – The second thing I’ve learnt (Diets Don’t Work!)

4:40 – My personal experience with ‘dieting’

5:12 – How I’m moving forward and my recommendations for sustainable weight loss

6:10 – My TWO challenges for YOU!

8:20 -Final remarks

I hope you’ve enjoyed the video and I look forward to creating the next one (and I aim to make it less than 5 minutes, lol, a little more ‘short and sweet’ as I know I can get a bit wordy).

Enjoy the rest of your beautiful Sunday and don’t forget to subscribe to the NITK Newsletter for great recipes, health and nutrition tips, and more videos to come!
