My wonderful hubby (hey sweetie!) is the master behind this amazingly delicious spice rubbed chicken – so therefore it is man-approved, so likely Dad-approved (well unless he’s vegan, then you could do spice rubbed tofu??) and would make a perfect meal
Ah, corn-on-the-cob.. good old, crunchy, juicy, makes-your-face-an-absolute-mess, corn-on-the-cob… It is truly one of my favourite summer sides and I’m shocked I haven’t posted a recipe using this delicious vegetable on the blog yet (I guess I did talk about it in this post waaaay back when!) …Well, better late than never right?!
Happy Sunday! Man, I love weekends! Correction: I love SUMMER weekends! This weekend my Hubster and I went to Jasper (for the second weekend in a row actually!) to enjoy in the splendour that is The Rocky Mountains! We chose to camp this weekend, and although a little chilly at night, it’s been splendid.
