To sweet our dessert we make this chocolate mousse with stevia. This diabetic-friendly chocolate mousse is adjustable and adaptable to your own tastes because you can add a little more sweetener or switch out an ingredient or two for a more unique texture and taste. But whatever you do, this mouse recipe will still taste pretty great

- Cream cheese
- Dark chocolate
- Egg whites
- Liquid stevia
- Vanilla extract

How to Make Sugar-free Chocolate Mousse
In a mixing bowl combine the greek yogurt with the cream cheese, liquid stevia, and vanilla extract until combined.
In another bowl, melt your dark chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds or until completely melted and smooth.
Add your melted chocolate to the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. stir well to combine.
In another bowl, place your two egg white.
Beat them with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the egg white into the chocolate mixture until incorporated. Be gentle so that the mousse stays fluffy and soft.
Divide the mousse into 4 small ramekins or glasses.
Place into the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with freshly whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or fresh strawberries or raspberries before serving.
