Ingredients

  • For the whipped feta:
  • 1 block feta cheese (about 8 oz), broken into chunks
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp milk (for a thinner texture)
  • For the marinated olives:
  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or fresh herbs
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add feta, yogurt, garlic, and lemon zest to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Add milk if needed to thin. Scrape down sides as needed.
  2. In a small bowl, toss olives with olive oil, lemon zest, herbs, and optional spices. Let sit while preparing the feta.
  3. Spread whipped feta into a serving bowl. Top with marinated olives and a final drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Pair with pita chips, baguette slices, or crackers.
