Simple Sweet Summer Recipes Round-Up!

It has been UBER beautiful here in E-Town the last week (minus some crazy rain storms!) summer is HERE – it’s HERE folks… seriously, if you live in Alberta, Canada, you KNOW that when summer is officially here, it is time to pop some bubbly and C.E.L.E.B.R.A.T.E. good times, Come On’!!!

I’ve also been busy getting all settled in our new house and I’m getting used to working in the kitchen, ah, still get’s me every morning when I come down the stairs to be greeted by my white blissful area where our nutritious (and sometimes not so ;)) meals are created!

So for today’s post I decided to share with you some of my fave summery recipes from the last couple years on the blog – can you believe this August will be 2 years for Nutritionist in the Kitch?! Wow, time flies!

  • Drooling indeed! This is a great post and I am so glad that you’ve got some lovely weather at your end! Over here in Glasgow, the weather seems to be having quite drastic mood swings. Some of my friends and I had a barbecue in the park last Saturday, goooorgeous! It was one of those days where it was almost too hot (probably not actually, just a shock after a dark and long Spring, but I added some colour to it with the cooking!)
    Today I just went for a light salad for dinner, heading over to a friend’s for cake later on. Cake definitely tastes best when sharing ^ ^
