  • • 2 Cups cooked white beans 
  • • ⅓ cup olive oil 
  • • Juice of ½ lemon 
  • • 1 garlic clove
  • • 1 teaspoon curry powder

  3. Serve spread on a plate with some chopped sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled fetta cheese, and cilantro leaves alongside some bread, carrot sticks, and cucumbers. Also, a healthy drip of olive oil on top finishes everything. 

Notes

This spread is a perfect alternative to classic hummus, it’s original and very delicious. Try switching up the seasonings to create different versions, and also adding roasted vegetables (like roasted carrots, or roasted pumpkin) to the mix to get very delicious results.
