I used to be afraid of lasagna. Not because it’s known to be a carb-filled, cheese-loaded, make-sure-you-wear-your-stretchy-pants kind of dish, but because it has always seemed like way too much work. Just this past week I started listening to a local radio station that has already started playing Christmas music 24/7. Already! …I’m not complaining, I secretly kind of love it.
