Give Me All The Healthy Halloween Treats!
Halloween is just over one week away and it’s time to start thinking about healthy halloween candy and chocolate alternatives if you haven’t already. Now I’m definitely not saying you can’t enjoy some of the awesome candy classics that crop up around halloween like rockets and mini chocolate bars – you can do whatever you want, you’re a grown adult, right?! – all I’m suggesting is to have some yummy, fun, and easy halloween goodies to make at home on your list so that you can balance out some of the not-as-healthy options with some really great healthy and gluten free halloween treats!
If you caught my latest post for Healthy Dark Chocolate Fudge, I shared a bit about a little trick my hubby and I will be using with Hemsley this year to keep her candy intake at a minimum (our girl bounces off the walls naturally as it is!) but still enjoy the occasion. I hunted through the blogosphere and gathered the best gluten free halloween treat recipes I could find that also happen to be all dairy free, plant-based, and free of refined sugars for your inspiration and enjoyment. I can tell you that I already have a few of these on my must-make list this coming week and if I had the extra time to make all 18 recipes I totally would.
Enjoy!
